Denied Blainesisco's Ban Appeal

    Back in my mine craft prime, about 2 years ago, I was banned for major grief and received a global ban. I haven't played mine craft in years, as I have had no reason and have been busy with school. I got an email recently talking about the new updates in Mine craft, and thought i'd try to play again, and Deity is were i spent most of my time when i played. As I was globally banned for my ignorance back in the day, I do ask to possibly receive another chance to play. I do not expect an Appeal, even though it was 2 years ago, I just thought it would be worth a try. Thank you for your time. -Blaine Sisco

    Now the questions that come to mind are:
    1) "Did you get banned for griefing and all of your alts get banned for being alts (or for other rule breaking issues)?" Or,
    2) "Did you get banned and take a bunch of other people with you by hacking into their accounts from your ip?"

    My opinion of this issue is as such:
    If #1 is true, you have shown the inability to learn time and time again. You have attempted almost every possible way to circumvent the rules and have denied accountability each time. This shows a pure lack of consideration for the other players and the server staff. Accepting you back in to the server would be a major risk.
    If #2 is true, you have proven that the above is true. Again, allowing you back in to the server would be a major risk.

    A better ban appeal would be to fully describe the faults you incurred on each account and request full pardon for all of your transgressions. To even give it a small chance of being approved, this should be honest and heartfelt; showing acceptance for you actions and true remorse.
    I recommend you amend the ban appeal and wait for a decision. As this case had previously been reviewed and denied by an Admin, I will leave this to an Admin to make the final decision.

    As I know it looks bad on me either way, and I believe back in the day i was accused for "hacking" accounts.. I understand my word not being taken into consideration as the "crimes" i did in the game back in the day were unbearable and "unlawful". As I said in my appeal, that I do not expect an acceptance to this appeal, although I would like one. I was probably 14 going on 15 or had just turned 15 back in the day and i am now going on 18, now as this in no way should make my actions back in the day go away, or to be less tolerable, i would also like to state i am a lot more mature now, and would wish to just play the game of mine craft and keep to myself, instead of being an "ignorant" kid who tries to ruin the fun for everyone else. I vaguely remember the incident with other accounts and being told myself that i hacked those accounts. Deadrickiller was my brothers account in which i had no responsibility over, and all the other accounts I don't even remember. I think hotrog was a member of a town i was in, but never did i "hack" or log onto someone else account. All else aside, once again i would like to say I know my actions were bad, but i ask to understand that this was 2 years ago and that if allowed back, no rules are going to be broken.     The decision is still up to an admin whether you're unbanned or not, but I just wanted to respond with a little research.

    All those accounts listed inb Micklen's post above are linked together in a nice little chain with at least 1 identical ip connecting the accounts in the chain. Most of these ips are static ips. So means they all were at one time being used by the same person at different locations, they share the same proxy software, or the accounts were shared/hacked.

    So, with that info, I don't know whether you controlled each of those accounts at some point in time, but they are all certainly linked to each other.
