There should be police stations so that people who do bad things to a town can be put to jail which can not let them do commands to get out of jail. They should also lose all their stuff and be put in a chest so that when they get out they can get most of their stuff back, but take away whatever they stole or used to damage belongings

Im going to direct you to this past post http://imdeity.com/threads/jail-class.17475/#post-214906 because its basically asking for the same thing.
Tip for the future, use the search before making a forum post, and also dont try to get your post count up by making all new threads. Its kinda not the most 'honorable' way to do so

Fiver pretty much already answered for me, however I will add a couple of things.

We already have a system of punishment for those that break the rules, reported by players using /ticket in game or sending a conversation to the Server Staff through the forums. Most offences result in temp bans and if the theft/grief is significant enough, we will rollback what was done. Forcing players into a building such as a jail just isn't effective enough, as they can either AFK or log off.

    Many thanks,
    Seph
