OK. So here's the thing. I'm looking for people who will supply me with items for my shop. These people will be paid, of course, for their goods.

Now i'll be honest. You, if you choose to be a supplier, will not receive "retail" price for items sold to me. You would receive more than selling though my shop. But not retail price. The advantage to this is you are guaranteed a steady flow of Dei. Also, suppliers will receive a discount on all items in my store.
