    i was in game today and i saw someone post ~ooooommmmmmggggggg i got the labourer title.~
    then isquared said that it was spam b/c of this persons overuse of letters. If he doesn't continue to do it, is it really spam?

    I personally would let it slide, if he didn't continue to use excessive amounts of characters - however another person/moderator might not.
    However, your question, is it spam? No, it isn't. If it were to become disruptive, or if the person continuously used that many letters/characters in such a short time then it would become spam.
