    Some people live in one town for their entire server career. Some people cannot survive in one town for longer than few weeks. What if there would be a command like this:

    /res history name

    showing information like this:

    Player: BarryX15
    joined: BuenaVista Nov/2/2011 07:57 by SimplePane
    promoted: BuenaVista Dec/5/2011 18:07 by MoistPeppers
    left: BuenaVista Feb/10/2012 19:45
    started: Veligrad Apr/2/2012 11:24
    mayor: Veligrad Apr/2/2012 11:24 by BarryX15
    recruited resident:     SonnyBassPlayer Jul/17/2012 04:55
    full list of what is recorded could be:

    joining a town + who recruited the player
    leaving a town
    being kicked from a town + who kicked the player
    starting a town
    being disbanded after deleting a town
    becoming the mayor + who set him as the mayor
    being promoted + who promoted the player
    being demoted + who demoted the player
    recruiting a resident
    kicking a resident


    Benefits:
    - Town staff can check if the resident has been in any town before and if they left or have been kicked, then possibly ask why = advantage for careful recruiters
    - Mayor can see which assistant is active recruiter
    - Server staff can enforce rules about promoting new mayor

    The list should include being banned (and appealed), so that the town recruiters know if the person has a stain in his past.

    I agree with barry, that would be very useful to town owners so they can decide if the player should join their kingdom
