    ^^^^ Exactly what Vershye said. I think the implication is, if you have a plot, then you are in a town. So you should advertise in your town's thread. Perhaps you could talk to your Mayor - there's always Reserved posts at the top of Town threads, and perhaps your Town could have one of those devoted to people who want to rent or sell their property.

    For sale houses can be posted in the trade forum, do note to tell that people need to join your town to be able to buy a house your selling.
