PvP world problem: faction...disappeared?

    So some weeks ago I made my own faction in pvp world to have my little protected land, the last days I didn't log in the pvp world (but everyday on main) and today I just saw that my /f home command didn't work, my faction wasn't on the list, and the land was no longer protected...what happened to it?
    I was the only member, it was called TheClash and I just recreated it, but spending all that money wasn't so good...

    Was your land still there, as in your house or whatever? Because apparently there was a PvP world reset recently-ish. I've never actually been on the PvP server but thats what I understand from reading similar threads to this one...

    My land was still there, few things were stolen, but it wasn't because of the reset you're thinking of, that happened time ago before i even entered imdeity kingdoms, this was just one week ago...

    Could it be that your faction land was claimed and then unclaimed by some wandering trolls? Other faction mods and higher can do that, and it seems to me this happened in your inactivity to the PvP server.

    There was a main world reset on December 25 2011 and a pvp world reset a month or two ago.

    I'm thinking that's what happened. Someone came along and saw the small faction and raided and did as they wish. It's possible.

    yea when the main world reset i was playing but then i took a long break and i wasnt here during the pvp world reset so idk

    Small faction, inactive, yeah u got raided and then some one un claimed your land. you should probley get a few more people in your faction if your not on it alot.

    If you type "/f show" it will show you your factions land/power/max possible power. If your power drops below the amount of land you own then someone could claim your plot. Your power can drop from dying, being killed or through natural causes, and from being inactive on the pvp server.
    Each player in your faction adds 10 power to your faction.

    For example, if you have 3 people you will have 30 maximum power. If you have 7 plots and your power drops below 7 then people could claim your plots. Enemies have to pay to claim any plots you own.

    My suggestion would be to go onto the pvp server once a day for 5 mins to keep your power up.

    I noticed that my members have been getting kicked out here and there with nobody kicking them.

    I think the faction plugin has a built in inactivity kicker where it kicks members that haven't logged in for a certain amount of time.

    Not sure if this is the case with yours, but I would think that if a faction ends up having all it's members kicked in this fashion, then the faction wouldn't exist anymore.

    Sounds just like what Vershye stated.

    If you had to recreate the faction that must have meant that you were inactive so long that it kicked you (being the only member it removed the faction) I do not think power degenerates over a period of time. Yet an important subject non-the-less.

    the problem is evreyday you dont log into pvp, your power goes down by 1, and also every inactive faction gets disbanded if noone logs in over a period of time, so you being the only member and not logging in your faction was disbanded for that
