[LiveMap] Mark Towns + Visible Players (On-/Offline) on Main (not PvP)

    Making the map a bit more interesting for new (easier to find where is what town and how interesting it would be to build there (and join) - if they let you, a few suggestions =)

    * Adding Town Markers (seen that on dynmap + towny bevore) for towns to mark town areas.
    - Helps finding a good town with nice and interesting Area
    - Helps finding open spots for potentiell new Towns easier

    * Adding Player Markers
    - Helps finding where the heck you got lost to (coords only tell so much ^^')
    - Not on PvP since it helps to much to find potentiel Targets ^^'

    * Adding Marker For where you can stat to Build

    All those markers should be switch able ( its 'layers' on dynmap ^^')

    We used to have this all, but ever since the map reset (aka the Big Bang) we got another Live-Map plugin.
    ImDeity has been working with this plugin for a while, but there are other (more important) plugins.

    Live map with town and player positions worked even after main world reset. If i remember right, it froze when Minecraft 1.2.5 came out in february and few weeks after that we got new map which we see now.

    That's strange, dynmap still works with 1.2.5 (maybe they needed a bit time to fix the plugin, but it seams it currently works fine on several servers, with all the gimmicks). If it's temp. Which plugin is now in use btw? (Just wondering.)
