    I cant I use windows 8 and I did exe but it says not many people get it from here

    Quite a few people use windows 8 with no problems. So it's a user issue. If you downloaded from the site I listed then your copy of it us fine. Most likely it's an issue with something you did/didn't do or a conflict in your java install.

    If you see an option to pin it to your start that works awesome and does all the reloading it needs every time it starts. Comes up on the start page as an APP! Ftb is so awesome (said in wiggly voice)!

    Unable to log in to ftb now, using recommended version (2.1.10) and java plug-in. Regardless of whether TS or Skype are turned off or not (noticed severe communication issues when either or both are open), cannot load in. Any help?

    From the looks of that you'll need to delete you Magic Farm 2 folder and reinstall the whole modpack.

    not for long apparently, still having difficulty connecting with the same java time-out error.

    I'm beginning to wonder if it's not a bandwidth issue or memory issue. I've noticed a severe drop in my browser connectivity and voice server calls breaking up and/or dropping altogether, be it Skype or TeamSpeak, when running those programs with online games. Any thoughts?

    I have this exact same problem, I have deleted my MagicFarms2 folder, then went to %appdata%, Roaming, deleted my ftblauncher folder and re-installed but to no avail. Please advise.

    Also, I'm not the most IT-savvy person, but I do use a lot of google and I have tried to find solutions to this problem, but failed to do so. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    *EDIT* Fixed, not sure how and why, thanks though!

    Down again, this time I'm getting a server related error?

    [SEVERE] [Minecraft-Client] Reached end of stream for ftb.imdeity.com/192.99.47.193

    The text is in red, something I only see when it's server related. If it was on my end, the text would and should show up white, this is not the case. :/

    Reinstalling has done nothing to fix it.

    Yeah, I'm thinking I'm stuck on ftb2 and that particular server is offline. :/

    It's the only valid explanation I'm getting for this error.
