    Make sure Doha doesn't enter HM_Quest 300 block radius. Thanks... Actually, make sure no town/Kingdom enters our radius that HM_Quest creates. We are not based on numbers/size. Thanks

    Should Caldera Rebel against Doha? NCR left Doha because he didn't like one thing that the town did or didn't like the town itself. So he moved to Caldera. Caldera will be a refuge from Doha.
