Its hard to define how to make a town engaging, i certainly tried all the tricks i know since making a town end of 2012, some small success.

Umm.... No. I wouldn't be in a town right now if that was the case. This is a part of owning a town. You have to deal with people leaving your town. Them being a part of your town is how people should start out. I joined Caldera, although I plan on making my own town. Also, all of the Caldera members want to help me get a town. Maybe you need to think about what you're saying.
