@sunny, What I usually do is skip breakfast, and sometimes lunch and I don't feel a bit different. When I eat breakfast say at 7 AM, I suffer for the next 3-4 hours, and when I eat lunch at 10 or 11 AM, I don't feel anything.
I do not eat until 9 or 10 at night. no breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I have done this for more than 20 years. So now if I try to eat breakfast, it makes me want to hurl.
i did this because i got divorced and barely had enough money to pay child support. not much left for me to eat, let alone car insurance, rent and so on. years of that is why i eat the way i do now
