    All servers have to follow the new EULA by August 1st. One of the rules is that server's can't give perks that affect gameplay. Imdeity could be an exception since the perks don't really make you win.

    No, it doesn't matter at all. Any thing that affects gameplay that ANY player cannot get without out money is banned, I doubt they'll really enforce this though....
