He raises a good point, some chat rules are a tad draconian, but some are necessary. As a server we shouldn't insult someone for posting a negative review. We should examine the issue and see if our current rules are effective, popular, and justified. Just my two cents, please don't misinterpret this as server bashing.
If someone were to be 'jailed', all they would most likely do is AFK and go eat a meal / watch TV for the time. Honestly, this bloke had no idea what he's on about. A level of common sense is also what is required - to avoid a ban. :)
Yeah maxwell I understand your point, though in this case the reviewer did not have good intentions coming to the server, he actively tried to cause and find issues.
