    Ok so, I got vendor yesterday but it's very useless now when i can't do ANYTHING
    /go mall - Disabled
    NPC's doesnt´t work

    so it's very useless to even do anything

    I think you could have found this information using the search bar in the website. Top left of the site.

    The mall is going to be open when the new spawn is completed.

    A lot of work is being placed in this project. Writing java plugins and testing are apart of the new spawn. along with the new spawn being built.
