As of today the following has been implemented/fixed:

    Kingdoms:
    1. '/town set resident-tax': sets the price that your town charges residents to live their per day. "town staff" (mayors and assistants) are excluded from this taxing. If a resident doesn't have enough money they will be removed from the town. **NOTE** Minimum of at least 2 dei; Maximum of 100 dei
    2. '/kingdoms prices': shows current price guide and all current prices for your town if you have one
    3. Noble Discounts: Nobles now receive discounts on '/town new <name>', '/town claim' AND '/town spawn <name>' are now FREE! :D (all the prices can be verified with the previous command;'/kingdoms prices')
    4. Town Pricing: Town pricing was increased by 25k dei so the total price is now 50,000 Dei. The reasoning for this is that the current towns on the map (all 20 of them) have made their money to easily. Yes some of them have donated to get their money, however thats only the case with some of them. We do not want 200 tiny towns popping up on the map. We want to have larger towns both in size and resident count, and for the amount of time that this map will be around we really do not see the old price a sufficient "barrier" to keep people from making their own town. As the old price was going people would join a town for a week get 25k and start their own town which will die. This new price should prevent some of that from happening. Also note that Lords get a 25% Discount on this price which puts their cost at 37, 500 Dei.
    Known Bugs as of today:
    1. '/town add <name>': throwing an error most of the time. Seems to be working now

ImDeity said before the map reset that the plots were going to be 16x16 for while, but once all the bugs and such are worked out in the code they'll work on the custom plot sizes so that towns can change the plots from the 16x16 themselves. I'm sure Van or Deity will let us know when they get closer to this happening.

For now it's just good to know it's on their list.

    Who doesn't love ice cream?

At any rate, thanks for the updates Van. :) *gives cookies'n'cream ice cream*

I have a suggestion, perhaps just make a setting that puts their plot on hold. Meaning they can't touch it, but they aren't removed from the town? Like /t set residence-tax (kick/hold). Lots of mayors like to have a tax, but some take up to doing it manually because of people losing their plots. On the old system, if switch was allowed in public places, other residents could steal from said plot.

Interesting concept, however the point of this tax is to stop the infinite growing towns with 100 residents that are inactive. IMO if you cannot pay the town fee (min of 2 dei, max of 100 dei), then your either inactive OR just broke. Also you mention that "on the old system" however were not on the old system. On THIS system once i get permissions working if town switch is on, then you will be able to use public plots however there will most likely be a distincting factor to say a road or other "public places" vs a resident plot, which will not allow said town switching

Everythings great except the part that creating a town will now cost 50k..
I see your statement above, but still, 25k takes quite a long time to make, why put it to 50k?

Yes, I'd like to see what you mention. A way to make a plot as "public" after it is /t claimed. So that you can have plots specifically for all town members to build/destroy/switch on, but make it possible to have plots that are not open to the public, but /t claimed for future members to /plot claim when they are forsale.

20 towns in 2 weeks-ish from having the plugin on the server? Dont bother attempting to argue that point. Plus this also creates more incentive for the noble class.
