Mod4Sale - Noble Salary Notifier

Name: Noblify

Brief Description: Monitors the chat for your Noble Salary. Once it is available you will hear 3 beep sounds and then the applicable /noble command will be copied to your clipboard. You will also have a text notification at the top of your screen to indicate you have a pending salary.

Payment: Please only pay via the portal. Do NOT pay via the /pay command in game since this does not send me an email to inform of the payment. If you do use /pay and I'm not at my desk to see it, well then you just donated me some money without getting a mod So again, Please only pay via the portal so that i get an email informing me of who paid and what amount they sent.

Delivery: Once i see you've paid (might take up to 24 hours), you'll then be sent a download link via the forum. When the mod is updated you'll receive a new download link via the forum.

Additional Details: This will not send the command for you. This is intended for when you're in game, but possibly on the website, chatting in teamspeak, or just looking away from the chatbox for a minute. Previously, you'd miss your salary and have to wait another hour. With the mod, you'll hear the beeps and know to send off your salary command. If you're afk for a few minutes and your salary comes in at that time, then you'll come back to see the textual alert. The command will still be on your clipboard, so it's ok if the salary notification itself has scrolled out of view in your chat window. You just only have 10 minutes from the time the command was issued before it expires, so you will not be able to idle all day and collect money. The purpose of the salary is to reward town staff for their assistance to the town and not to just give you free money, so please do keep that in mind.

The red boxes are for a Kingdoms Helper mod i'm making (which was Driver_X's idea). The box you saw was one of a set of 4 that showed you the corners of the plot you're currently standing on. If you walk to a new plot/chunk it will move the highlighters to the new corners. It'll be on sale once it's finished

This is correct. After ten minutes that salary code 'expires' and you don't get paid.

 

Yes. The message from the server says that you have to type the code within 10 minutes. So, that limitation is from the server, not from my mod.

You don't miss them if you're in mine and creative, because you don't get them. If you spend an hour in the mining world, then come back to the main world, after a little bit you'll get your salary alert.

I've spent days in the creative and pvp servers, then come back to main and had a salary pop up within 5 minutes.

 

Also, just for clarification... the mod simply watches the chat window for you. If the chat window doesn't show the /noble message then it is impossible for the mod to do anything.

 

Well it took quite a long while but All of my mods are now Forge compatible. I tried for regular ModLoader compatibility as well, but that API didn't cover enough of what i was doing to be worth it so i gave up on it and just went with Forge. Note that Forge is completely optional.. you can also just install the mods by dropping them into your jar file if you want to.

Version 1.1 will be released to those who've purchased thus far.
