I think you've got a very nice build. Attention to detail, some variety of materials, used well, furnishings, interesting shapes.... but it's still a house. A good house, but just a house.

I've personally only ever seen one house ever qualify for a Great Construction, and that was an insane 1-plot creation which pretty much used all the available space from bedrock to clouds in unusual but purposeful ways... reminded me of that hong kong apartment with sliding walls... but yeah. Basically, it's accepted wisdom that GCs need to be bigger, bolder and badder than even your average good 4-plot house to qualify as Great. It would have to be the most amazing house of amazingness to have a chance.

I'm trying to let you down nicely because I know how much thought goes into constructions and planning a big build, but, basically, you need to scale up your ideas, and I'd expect the official responses to be along the same lines...

I recommend having a look at some other people's submissions, especially something like Strydier's BV spawn castle, Valdemarian's cathedral, and Helmtower's crazy spire-ridden palace for visual interest, Cellifalas's constructions for a demonstration of the amount of attention to detail and effort that's going into them, and chrislow19, widget68, and more* for examples of what can be done on a truly large scale...

Yeah I think you have built a very nice house but I think if you would to achieve 'the great build' you need to move out of your house plot. Nearly everyone has a plot on the server with their house and it wont make it stand out enough. Try finding a nice space in the wilderness to build something of whatever size you would like! If you dont like the sound of that, ask your mayor for a bit of extra space somewhere in the town to build your greatest ideas!
