War Food Suggestion

    That seems reasonably fair. Though when the apple refil happens, it should only refil to 5 apples even if someone already has apples. Otherwise players can just hide somewhere and gather a large supply of apples. Other then that that seems like a grand idea

    I think that this is the best idea so far and i agree the limit should be 5.

    I think that would make the code needlessly complex, and a player hiding gets no kills. There's no benefit to stacking apples. Running away to regen health would likely only take someone out of combat for a couple minutes, and there's always the risk they get hunted down anyway.

    Regular supply of apples or any way to get more food other than respawning will enforce the PvP aspect and depreciate the survival aspect. This is good as long as we want War to be PvP only, but then we can also get rid of food depletion at all.

    And to answer the topic generally:
    - there is one moment where current quick draining of hunger helps - you know those rounds when you are pushed into spawn and killed just after you drop down - you respawn with 5 apples while attackers run out of food so you can possibly break their siege. This is less obvious when there is 40 people at war but some rounds with 10 people need to balance uneven teams and lack of food on attacker side helps to keep fun longer.
    - i fully support votes to have full hunger bar when the round starts. We respawn with full hunger bar so why do we have just half of it to start with?

    Basically, what everyone's suggesting is that the Survival aspect of War be taken out. That would take out the need for Hunger and make the Main Focus of players to just get kills. The Main Objective for War is to get kills and that would still remain the Main Objective without the need to eat. Minus the survival aspect, War would be better that way. Players would still get Fall damage and can kill themselves through natural causes as normal but there wouldn't be a need for food anymore.
