    U need ur house modeled I'm the guy. If u have a house with the exterior done but no interior I'm ur guy. If ur thinking about a modern build

    - All I ask of you ThunderBird is that per house you build you pay me a sixth of the price or something. Or they pay the company and I give 5/6 the profit. Is that alright with u thunder?

    PS: If you need a modern style house, and South Paw is unavailable, ask ThunderBird80. Ask me if South Paw is unavailable and you want an older style building. However, your best bet is South Paw if you can nab him. Either way, we will do our best to build you nice houses.

    Yes sah. The business is open but I can't edit TiitanX's post and he's gone so I can't change it back. We were actually open the whole time sah. Do you want building done? If you do, you'll have to speak to ThunderBird80 (modern) or tOPIV (more medeavil european like buildings). I'm currently busy at the moment ol'chaps.

    Under normal circumstances, Thunderird80 would be the one for the job; however, if I am not mistaken, he is currently unavailable. South Paw is also presently inaccessible, so I will be willing to do the interior. However, before we proceed, I need to ascertain from you a few things:

    - First of all, where is the hospital?
    - Second of all, will you be providing the materials or would you like Southpaw's House Building Company to utilise its own resources?
    - Also, how soon do you need the work to be completed?
    - Finally, is there any particular style after which you want the interior to be modelled?

    SouthPawRabbit's House Building company is hiring! We need one worker who can mine resources such as clay, snow and glowstone. The rates will be:

    16 dei per stack of 64 clay blocks, with a bonus of 100 dei after filling a chest;

    20 dei per stack of 64 snow blocks, with a bonus of 120 dei after filling a chest;

    64 dei per stack of 64 glowstone blocks with a bonus of 1000 dei after filling a chest.

    And the best part . . . You'll be given free food! :)
