    Operator status can do all commands available. So yes only the server owner has that status. Unless the admin trusts another witch is rare on a larger server

    In the great build section it says you go from like Zone to maybe Operator just by building how is that.

    If you are talking about the classic server (which I think you are, but you still are not being very clear), you should probably read that sections stickied topics. The classic operators are a tad different from the kingdom operators, and you get it pretty much the same way, but that puts a bit more weight on your build skills than kingdoms does, I believe.

    If you aren't talking about classic, and are instead talking about kingdoms, then I am confused as to why you are still confused. Clarification does away with bad anticipation.
