I'm making a new town and I need money to help fund it. Please send Money to make the Summershine Isles a reality! I will need a lot of dei. Probably 50,000 dei! I know I can help make a great town.

I need to make a tier 2 town. That's the only way to have more than 5 residents

Moved this to the Trade forum, since it doesn't belong in the Help section.

And the help section is for Server help, not for help asking for money to make something.

I'm not sure if anyone will send you money per say, but I do wish you luck with that. My best advice to you is to raise up the initial 15k (I think it's 15k?) yourself and just make the village. From there, get some good friends to join your village and to raise money to make it a town. It is something that a lot of us have taken the shortcut for (donating), but that would make for some strong bonds if you actually worked for the 50k with some friends. Again, best of luck, and I do hope you work for the money instead of giving up if no one chooses to donate.

To make a town one needs more then just the money to start it. You will need money to claim plots, and to buy materials and pay workers to build the streets, farms and town hall (unless you get some slaves of course, who will do it for free).

This is true, a lack of funds can halt progress completely, realistically you will need way more than 50k.

Towns made by sponsors tend to spend more than 1 persons donation fund, and can easily run into the hundreds of thousands. And towns that reach these sizes require more in upkeep. Good luck

I went into to Espin with 2k and the town was in debt 1,486 and I brought it out of debt and it's hard to make money I'm realying on auctions, horse markets, and my shop with porterdog02. This is a tuff business to be in we know that asdf or cobrex make it look easy but they have a bunch of accounts which makes them money. I wish you good luck with this but my town is going pretty well I'm liking the progress. The helpful thing is to have asst to build roads and make plots which takes stress of your soldiers! That's ny take on owning a town hopefully it helps you in some way.

That's why I made this. It's to help get donations for the town. I also will ally myself with any town if they donate. With the Isles as your ally, you'll be getting construction, trade, and other jobs done for your town and mine! Plus, you will get a beautiful embassy built in both towns! One in my town for you, and one in your town for my town!

Lego, you just one needs more than money and you said all the things that require money. Lol

I think I may have to move the location of the Isles. This will really suck though. But, I found a cool location to build on instead. I guess I'll have to use that. :(

It's good to have plans, but don't get ahead of yourself. As stated before, and seemingly dully noted, you need to raise the funds first. And if I were you I wouldn't rely on donations, because I really do not think you will get any. Again, best of luck, but there's no good in deceiving yourself.

All right, I figured out a way to save even more money. I will buy a town. Please help me raise funds for that instead.
