    1. Buildings Mus Be 25 Blocks Tall Or Shorter. Permission Must Be Granted For Higher Builds Or Move To SkyScraper District.
    2. Build's Must Be Appropriate.
    3. No Building Themes. Build How You Want. Just Make It Look Good. (Make It Look Kawaii)
