    If it didn't changed, Jeb_ will spawn randomly onto you or your friends, while you're doing your little things. Watch yourselves about that, he pushed me many times in lava, and I even tought sometimes that he Took stuff in my chests while I was looking in my storage. That mean man!

    No, haven't you seen him at the Main? He just stands there, and I'm not sure if you need something specific "in order for him to appear".
