    My name is Meowlupus123 with the Build Team "Team Genesis". I see that you are interested in a Modern build, and it ever so happens that we have a specialist in modern style housing. Our team is a mixture of masterful builders, each specializing in different aspects of Minecraft design (i.e. craftsmen, modern, medieval), and we aim to provide the best service in exchange for quality pay. Our build team leader, SmackFPS, has created a simple and fair pay system for all of our clients to follow: You would pay 30% of the agreed price beforehand ensuring your commitment, and then you would pay the other 70% of the payment after the build is complete, thus allowing you to put your full trust that we will do well.
