    I was thinking that maybe a command could be made so we can see a timer as to how long until an event starts. Examples:

    /eventtimer mobevent mobevent will begin in 14:38
    /eventtimer pvp pvp will begin in 1 day, 17:38:24

    Stuff like that.

    Actually, that isnt a bad idea. That would stub the whining of "whens the next mobevent" a lot..

    Not really (on the difficult part). ImDeity just has to integrate specific times into the plugin (if one were to exist) for each event, then the plugin would calculate how long until the designated time arrives.

    Also, I just thought of this (and it might have been suggested, but the search came up with nothing), maybe a lottery timer as well?

    As for the pvp event: Just countdown yourself, it's a waste of time to make a plugin for that;p

    A more simple fix to that would be an auto message that says mob event starts on the hour. If it's 12:30, theres half an hour until Mob Event, timezones don't matter because your only change how many hours apart you are. :p

    Yeah, but it doesn't always start at exactly 4pm EST. When Deity says that, it's an approximation.
