Dev update 4.19.2015 (bug fixes)

Kingdoms

• Wilderness plots claimed with /t claim were reverted to wilderness upon restart of server.
• Better error message when you /t add someone who isn't online
• Improved error messages when you /t create too close to a town and too close to a kingdom
• PVP bug fixed
• Fixed the map mode. /kingdoms map on
• Issue resolved where /t claim didn't think you were next to an existing town plot even though you were.

I think that's all the bugs from the big permissions refactoring from a couple days ago. If you find any other bugs please let me know by replying here or sending a convo
