Dev update 12.4.2013 (navigate, rename, admin)

    Plots
    • /plot list <resident> - Shows you a list of all plots owned by that resident (can be across multiple towns)
    • /plot navigate <resident> <plot-id> - Lets you get guided navigation to a specific plot of a resident.
      • Must do the command with an empty hand (not holding anything in game)
      • You will be given a compass that will point to the center of the requested plot
      • Head towards the compass until you're there.
      • If you change your mind and want to cancel you can just drop the Compass or switch inventory spots and it'll be deleted.
      • Punch the air with it to have it tell you how far you are from the destination
    • Made it so /plot unmark will look within a 5 block height for the markers, so you don't have to try to line yourself back up exactly with them again.
    Kingdoms
    • Senior assistants can now demote an assistant back down to be a resident
    • Added a /town rename <new-name> command. Only for mayors. Costs 5000 dei
    • Added a /kingdom rename <new-name> command. Only for kings. Costs 5000 dei
    • Assistants of the capital town are no longer included in the kingdom council. The council only consists of mayors now.
    Admin
    • Added a command for admins to Delete a town
    • Added a command for admins to Delete a kingdom
    • Added a command for admins to set a new king
    • Fixed up the bugs in the old command for admins to set a new mayor
