Craftsman abilities?

    I've read the whole ImDeity Wiki. Which was very interesting and informative, but I still don't fully understand the fine details of what a craftsman is allowed. Is there a place where a more detailed explanation can be accessed. For instance if a craftsman can enchant tools can they place an enchantment table in their homes? And how do they rank up to a higher level. Thanks to anyone who has any info for me!:)

    Most important thing craftsman can do is place some blocks/items (for some price):
    - water
    - rails
    - redstone lamps and other redstone items
    - cacti

    Then he can place signs with specific text to use some craftbook plugin features - lifts, light switches. And he is the one to destroy them too.

    Craftsman can enchant tools up to iron (not diamond tools) but he cannot place enchantment table (nobody is allowed to do it, same for dispensers). When enchanting, item durability is lowered to 1/3.

    There is no higher level than Craftsman yet, just set of requirements you have to fulfill. There are rumors that higher levels of craftsman class will be able to place lava, they will be able to enchant with more durability and also diamond items, maybe they will have other abilites.

    So I have to go to the Bookmaster's Library and ask for enchantments?
    Is that how craftsman make $ by putting in these features for people?
    When I place water I noticed that I got charged; do I ask people to pay me a little more $ so it's a profit?

    We have no Bookmaster's Library since August, instead you have to find enchanting table in capital (hint: tower).

    And yes, you can ask for some tip for placing craftsman stuff and it is meant to work this way. However i rather tried to get good enchants and sell them.

    Don't forget that craftsmen get better chances for mcmmo drops (or at least they are supposed to) thus a craftsman can make money off of the extra drops he/she gets from normal work. Really a craftsman's greatest source of income are constructions in my opinion. A good craftsman can make money building things for other people. If you use materials that others can't place in a good design, they will be willing to pay you for your work. A good place to start is around town, offering to build a fancy house for someone with a cobble cube.

    Doubtful. That is why the wizards university is being built. It will house the enchanting tables for the server among many other things.

    I believe strydier said that the server nether portal would be there, and maybe public brewing stand but that part is just speculation.
