nor is some of the stuff we've been gathering... awh to bad though

 

i know 10% isnt even that much!
Even if you had 14000 dei u would go back with 1400... which is quite bad.
BUT then again it will be a greater community, we will all help each other rebuild the losses of the old map which i think would be great.
I am looking for to reset greatly!

What is a "older player" exactly, and also, is the max cap at 10%? I heard someone saying that they would get to keep abt 30% of their Dei

Nice to hear of a reset, all starting equally should make this server a bit more interesting

ps. Even though I don't have much dei, only being left of 10% makes all that effort a bit pointless, maybe 25% cash restore would make it less disappointing - take into account that you're removing our ores .ect

 

That is incorrect. An older player is exactly as it sounds. The older back you go the more you get to keep.

 

Hey all!

I'm considering coming back with the new world! Not sure yet if I'll be going for the normal gameplay hence staying as a MOD or whether I'll dedicate myself to the server as a Admin (Ofc I'll apply for admin, whether or not I got it would be down to Deity) - However depending on what time I'll have, not sure what my future plans are.

Whilst I was against a world reset before thinking about it now I'm kinda liking the idea of a fresh start however I got a few questions:-

Will there be any more resets after this one?

Well, this probably sounds a little crazy but. The things is, I generally dislike resets and such on servers. Therefore I'd hate for us to have to reset the world again in the near future after everyones worked so hard. So I'm just wondering if another reset will happen in the future. As I'd hate to work hard on a new town and building stuff up just to get it reset in the future.

Could it be reset sooner?

I'd rather the map be reset sooner than later so we can start building the new world

Inventory:

How are you going to make sure that players do not take over Diamonds, Gold, Iron etc?

Just an idea:

Maybe players should be allocated a set amount of money based on the duration they've spent on the server. For example something like 100 Dei x each Week or something similar. As people like myself have most my money in items which I wont be able to transfer.

What's Not Getting Reset?

• Player Classes - Players who are already in a class will keep their class and rank on the new map
• mcMMO stats - Existing levels and XP will be transferred for the most part. We will be updating mcMMO to the latest version and fixing any levels acquired via glitches in the current mcMMO

Structure Transfer:

Not sure I like the idea of this. I think a new world should come with new structures, built from scratch. :]

As i read Deity's proclamation, i expect some funny things to see before and after map reset:

- everything which Deity announces to be not transfered, loses its value to zero and people will try hard to sell something to newbies before reset, or make another things from mined resources. So far we know that gold, iron, lapis and diamonds will be gone. Okay, we will make rails, we will dye wool blue, we will make tools and armor - and we will be afraid of losing them over reset.

- some people will grief their houses to the ground, to get some building material for new map. We can expect many obsidian bunkers, if obsidian will be allowed to transfer.

- loss of money is no big deal if mayors will get some refund for town or they get discount for making a town after reset. If not, there will be big race for getting enough money for starting towns and then recruiting all members back.

- mining world will be dug up quicker than usual

- rare items were not stated to be transfered or not, so i will put them in inventory and see the surprise.

- so i am collecting guns, ammo and food, everything else is needless

 

do we get all the donation money we have paid for or just what comes with our current "active" package

 

Not sure if this was answered already but can we keep tools?

 

Will we be able to take Wood and Coal over in over inventory?
