Since I'm curious and cannot logon to the game at the moment, what's your ticket about?

it's about my house getting griefed at the town I was living in by one of the assistants, he stole my plot took everything in my chests then leveled my tower, and when I tried to report it the mod said, "town concern, bring it up with the mayor" like it was not even any concern, and if I try to bring it up with the mayor he won't do anything about it, he's the one who gave away my plot anyway

I think the town must have evicted you, that has happened to around 4 people in Moorbrook who have been inactive or stolen stuff. If it was greifing then he would not have leveled it. Have you done anything to offend people in the town?

I guess you'll have to ask a mod more about it, but i'm not sure he is allowed to do that.

whats the point the mods already said it's not their problem, I just hope I can convince the mayor of fdhyf's lies

It really isn't our problem, unless you lost an extremely valuable amount of belongings. We would also have to consider how long it had been since you had last logged on when this happened (the long break, I mean). But in the end, unless it's an extreme amount, we won't get involved in town matters. It's up to your mayor.

well I lost about 3 stacks of stone brick 2 diamonds 4 stacks of redstone, about 4 stacks of wood, several Iron tools, a full set f armor, a few pieces of obsidian, about half a stack of mossy cobblestone, 2 stacks of lapis lazuli, I could go on all day but there is more than I want or care to list, I guess that saying "justice is always served" doesn't hold up like it used to

It's not about justice. It's a town matter that you should take up with your Mayor.
Since what was lost isn't considered hard-to-replace, I'm afraid there's nothing the Moderator/Administrator staff can do to help you.
Lastly, don't go off on a tangent about justice not being served please. There's a reason why we don't get involved in town matters.

it's the mods job to deliver punishment to those who deserve it like those who, steal, grief, and the sorts, so why won't they, I understand that the mods can't and won't do every little account of griefing and stealing but I feel that my case is one of the more severe, I mean fdhyfl lied to the entire town and stole my plot along with everything in it, how is that not worth

It *is* our job to deliver punishment where it's supposed to be delivered. To those who deserve it.
But with this, it's a town matter. It sucks, I know it does. I feel for you, honestly. But you have to take away from this that you should be careful who you trust, and which town you join. I know it's crappy, but that's the way it is. =\

alright, guess it can't be helped I'll be more careful, but the thing about it is, fdhyf was a real life friend and he didn't even consider giving my plot back, I'll make sure he pays, one way or another
