Use your stuff? As in town plot? Have to rejoin the town. Creative? Have to claim new plots. Donator stuff? I'm pretty sure most transfers automatically.

Well, I'm trying to rejoin the town but I can't see the town on the town list for some reason

Towns in debt are on the bottom of the list and players cannot join them from portal (town mayor has to send you an invitation ingame). And the stuff from your old inventory remains on your old username so you would have to change the name back, put stuff into a chest, then change again.

Or have the town staff put your old plot(s) up for sale once you rejoin so you can claim them.
