It's disappointing to see how many ignorant people ignore the brown/spotted bananas. They're better when they're ripe like that!

I personally prefer the taste and texture of bananas that are just turning yellow, still has some green. But I still eat the brown spotted ones. But when they are more brown than yellow, they are a bit too mushy. but are perfect to be smashed and added to simple cake or muffin recipes I need to get my mothers recipe though, er cakes are better than the one I made.
