    I picked the operating system (Windows 7 64 bit OEM) by preference, tell me if you want it different. I also put no optical drive, considering every knew game and video and such can be downloaded from the internet. Tell me if want changed.

    Wow thanks for the build but tight now I don't have much money and a friend of my brothers is helping me upgrade my current pc, I'm hoping to gradually build it up.
    Buying the parts bit by bit. Right now I'm currently trying to get my hands on
    - CPU Intel core i5 2.66 Ghz
    -MOBO ASRock Z77 Extreme4

    The most important part of increasing FPS is getting a graphics card, which will take over for RAM in MC's case. 1 GB GDDR5 should put you well into the 100-150 FPS range, with ~8GB of RAM you should be golden. Slap all that in a new rig and you should be set.

    Yeah, but you have to remember, minecraft isn't completely graphics dependent. Sure, it would help, but a 7750 should do the job.

    Oh wow, yeah, that definetly needs upgraded. :O
