We had 2 freezers filled and we ate all of it from one freezer. Now we are working on the second freezer. xD We are going to make something big with the pheasant. Maybe Pheasant and dumplings for the family. Pheasant hunting is done in February.

Is killing animals some thing to be proud of?

At least Ryan knows where the food he is eating came from, and had a part in obtaining it.

In many places, hunting is necessary, not only for food, but to thin the population of animals. If you have too many deer in one place, they all cannot eat, and they run into roads more often, leading to car collisions, killing the deer and sometimes the people.

Unless you are a complete vegan, is not directly killing the animals you eat and wear something to be proud of?

I am proud of what I do and why I do it. It gives me food and it is a hobby. In most of my trail cam pictures there are 4+ deer in it. The most I saw in one picture was 7. 3 were eating(does) and 2 were "fighting"(bucks), and the other 2 were in the background walking towards the bait.

Was that really required, max? Like they said, atleast he knows where is food came from.

Hunting and shooting is good and fun.

So before you start saying things like that, killing animals was the only way you could be here right now.

That's a new way to think about it. Still, I never agreed with the practice. But, to each his own.

In the county I live in, there is basically no hunting allowed because so many people live in the county, except only a few areas, and only with a bow and arrow. So our county has the most collisions of cars involving deer in the state. With people getting seriously injured or killed, and losing their cars.
