There are "Website maker"'s out there, but it really depends on what you want. http://wix.com is a fancy flash "website maker". However if you really want to make websites, i suggest learning how to program yourself. Start with HTML/CSS, then move on to Javascript and php

That depends on you. Personally I like dreamweaver, however a lot of people will tell you that its crap. I use a program called "Coda 2". It's a paid app but well worth it. Mac only though. https://panic.com/coda

Ok cheers, I did some dreamweaver pratice in an it course at college but did not get to know all of it, do you know if you have to pay to put websites online or not after you made the website on dreamweaver.

Also I looked at that coda and it looks good but too bad it not for windows since I don't have a mac dang :/

You would need Webhosting as well as a domain which both cost money. Mind you, you can find them both for relatively cheap

Once again cheers for the help vanzben, you have given me more knowledge now for the future :D Without this I would of just likely bought adobe dreamweaver and create website and struggle putting it online but now I see you can get webhost for only like 5 pound to 6 pound a month depending how long you stay with them to put unlimited websites on there to put online ;)
