    Since players can't get nether brick from the nether, it would be nice to be able to buy it. It's a very lovely building material.

    Same here. Although wood can work, the fact that people do not replant trees after cutting one down makes it hard to keep lit. Remember people cut a tree plant a tree.

    make it expensive and only placeable by craftsman! whatever it takes, i want a fireplace too, unless if everyones fireplace would really cause gallons of lag, would be fun though

    Many Items can be made with Nether blocks
    How about making it ultra expensive?
    Say 100-500 per block so that it becomes an extreme luxury item?

    mcmmo doesnt exist, the imdeity rpg mod is being developed that would incorporate things like the rare drops via escavating and skill ups etc. though it seems to be taking a while

    Calinono, That is not extremely luxury, no offence, but if you saw the price before the server restarted at christmas you could buy netherack in the mall for around 2000-3000 dei per piece, thats luxury.

    And hey welch, I assume you are Little-welch from my town, SMCallah suggested the very same thing and deity loved it, he is planning on implementing it soon I believe, he plans to make it like the mob event in that you sign up once every few hours to get TP'd there. P.S. Your shop plot in town will be ready soon mate, free of charge to you.
