    I found it from my cousin, Columbosaurus. We were at our Grandma's house and he went on Minecraft and went on this server, he showed me Sagalo and I thought making stuff in a game with other people sounded epic, so I bought Minecraft, did a bit of Singleplayer and shortly after bought the game and went on this server, so glad about that <3

    Found about it from my good freind (gombabomb).
    We were experiencing problems on our server at the time (some idiots who thought PVP and griefing were part of the minecraft "experience" decided to grief my town...) and i didnt really end up playing on this server actively until late august after that server finally went down. I had joined this server back in july,

    When another server went down, temporarily, many of us were left with a need for Minecraft. We gotta get our fix. So when our mod / God Emperor told us about ImDeity, we checked it out. Love the server!

    ImDeity was recomended by a friend (darkitect100). Darkitect later got banned for massive griefing. And he switched servers and told me to follow him. But I still am on this server. :D

    Can't remember exactly but it was back in my classic days... I'd been on various classic servers built something and got griefed, no mods or admins were on controlling the server so I decided to have my own for a while and did the honey-comb jail thing and everything then some moron came on with a hack to get through the honey comb jail and the server kept getting griefed I didn't know how to install all the protection mods etc and couldn't really be bothered so I gave up with my server and seeked a server. After many failed attempts at finding a good server (I used wom's client to search for servers) I came upon the ImDeity server and I liked it here so I stuck around and I seen Deity putting a lot of effort in to stop griefers and other stuff so I decided from that point on to dedicate myself to the server and quickly ranked up through the builder stages all the way to Sub-Deity. From there I pretty much single handedly dealt with the grief problems so that Deity could concentrait more on the server stuff :) we made a good team! - I put a lot of ideas forward and did some long hours grinding at building work, we then recruitied further mods, admins etc to help out as the server became increasingly popular very quickly.

    Then me and Deity did some messing around with beta before it went live to the public and well I played beta for a bit, took a few breaks here and there and came back. When I came back to beta it had been up a fair few months and I spent a while learning about the server before becoming a MOD so yeah ummm getting sidetracked but that's how I found the server :p Through pure desperation and boredom... I to this very day don't regret joining this server. It IS the best server out there.

    I was just browsing on minestatus.net, since I'd gotten tired of the vanilla server me and a few friends had been on. We'd tried (and succeeded) setting up iconomy etc before, but there was hardly any point with 4 players on hte server... So I went and looked around for a free server with such elements and voila!

    Checked server list for a couple days because i couldn't find a server that was good and came to this one. This is the best server i have ever played.

    Did a search for best smp servers. In my browsing, I found this one and liked it, so now I've stuck with it. First one that's caught my interest enough to stay active on, although it still needs some work, as we all know.

    My friend (Mingo888) had just found out about minestatus and the first server he saw was Imdiety. He told me about it and from that point I have played on this server since!!!

    I found ImDeity when I was getting bored of single player Minecraft. So i decide to Google "Best Minecraft Servers" and surely enough I found ImDeity, stuck on it and loved it. Haven't found any other serve since then.
