    Yep, this tutorial hasn't helped what I've seen in the creative world. Not only do gold and diamond blocks show no value/wealth there, people are spamming them all over their plots, making entire houses out of them...

    It's sad when people do that, because even in the main world, gold and diamond blocks look pathetic (without the right texture pack).
