Creative Spawn "Portals"

"Portals" updated in the spawn area.

Using buttons and and pressure plates outside of your own active plots is restricted by the Creative plugin.
I have no way to bypass this, so in order to use the "portals" you just have to throw an item on the pressure plate.

There is a "portal" to the Main server as well as randomly to each Rank of Plots.
