Denied Ban Appeal for 24AHall

    Hello, I am a british user by the name of 24AHall. I am 19 and I have first a slight complaint and than the question of why i am banned.
    I wasn't the one bypassing the filter. I simply said how Hillary Clinton was not whom i thought should be the president of the United States. This is a political view. Under my freedom of speech I am allowed to give political views. I was banned for apparently being Sexist/Racist and Bypassing Censor
    None of these did I do. I was banned today probably around 12:00 GBT. However the one bypassing the filter and saying more sexist and racist quotes than me simply got muted. I have owned a server and co-owned 2 and so I think I understand what classes as Sexist and Racist. My complaint is the fact that it seems favouritism is at its finest not banning the other but instead muting him but when i go offline to play lan CS:GO you ban me?
    I also said how people say Donald Trump is the embodiment of hitler. This is a quote and the person who wanted hitler to come back (again) you only muted. If I do not get unbanned I shall find whom the moderator is and sue him under violation of my freedom of speech.

    This makes me genuiennly sad that Sephronnia banned me on my second day.
    You may have made a 19 year old cry.

    I'm questioning whether or not to still play videogames. The answer may turn out to be no.

    Unfortunately, you are mistaken about a few things.

    Firstly, you are under the impression that 'freedom of speech' applies here. Please be aware that it does not as we are a private server.

    Secondly, if you had taken the time to read the rules, HERE, you'd realise which ones you broke.

    #1 No cursing, which includes words that when said aloud sound like curse words.

    You decided to swear in Russian and repeat what the other person had said, this comes under bypassing the censor.

    #4 No insulting, harassment, or bullying. This includes harassment in all forms, but is not limited to, sexism, racism, and homophobia
    #7 No discussions on politics, religion, or any other topic that is controversial.

    The many disparaging remarks you made about Hillary Clinton, because of her gender, and the 'Hitler' comments about Donald Trump pushed it over the line.
    Mostly it was you agreeing with the other person and enabling them. If one person does something stupid, don't encourage them.

    Thirdly, the other person was also banned.

    Lastly, I do not take kindly to threats, even silly ones.

    As I was the Staff member that banned you, I will leave your appeal up to another to decide on. I have taken the liberty of merging your responses.

    People commonly mistake "Freedom of Speech" with "freedom to speak out wherever and whenever they like".
    This server is set up as a Family Friendly enviroment; free of any and all persecutions. To ensure this, we do not allow any viewpoints on specific topics.
    As Seph politely explained, you broke multiple server rules.
    Please also remember that these rules are to be followed in ImDeity's TeamSpeak, Forums, PM's, and other communications using any channel/method made available by ImDeity.

    You ban from ImDeity server's remains in effect for a minimum of 1 month from this date. After such time, you may submit a proper ban appeal and we will re-address the issue.

    I am genuiennly sorry that i am such an idiot. I understand I may be slightly "slow" as some will say but the main reason I want to be unbanned is litterally to finish both my house and my pub. If I do not they may just be left.

    Secondly, I must thank both of you for being so kind. I did not realise the kindness of the moderators on this server until you both had replied.

    Thirdly, No this is not a complaint as I am no longer going to complain. But if i am banned from the main and the hub shall i not be banned from the creative. Please give me the dignity of being banned from all of the servers.
    Thankyou for your time and on the next appeal i shall not be so rude in the way of how i put my sentences. I only meant to talk to someone and try to make a friend. I hope one day I shall say the same about both of you
