    Hello Friends!

As the title suggests, there is quite the large blank space that I'm combating at the moment on the build server. Usually I'm easily able to come up with ideas for things to put in the spawn area, but the river of creativity has seemed to run dry. The area is slightly east of the blue mall and it's approximately 300x300 blocks.

Just because something is put in this thread doesn't mean it will happen, however I am very open to suggestions. The hill and the forest on/around it has been completely removed and it's a flat area. I can put just about any landscape and idea there as long as it fits and makes sense.

Please leave your suggestions in the thread, and I'll have a look at them soon!

    Thanks,
    Qazz

You got rid of all that gorgeous landscape when you could have made an abandoned/ransacked camp within the trees? (Camp could be for anything, from a caravan going to the mall to capital guards being lockouts)

I think an elven city would go best in that section of thick jungle with the lanterns in the trees, honestly, but we're not working that area right now. Here should be something different. Since you recently added the wizard's towers to the city, why not whatever the wizard is fighting? I like the dragon's cave idea, so let me add on to it:

I have a very firm image of this now... if you'd like sketches or even watercolor I might work it up for fun later next week.
For coloring, I'm still picturing the netherbrick for the roof of the spire, but instead of stone bricks and quartz like you used on the Wizard's Towers you could use obsidian and dark oak planking. If you wanted a red touch, there's also red clay, redstone blocks, and acacia. Regular bricks are cool, but my texture pack renders them with a very white grout, which kinda kills the mood. The best block for building the dragon would be netherbrick, and that would make the netherrack inside the nostrils a little less obvious.

The only problem is that the size required to get a cool looking dragon that has smoke coming out of his nostrils will require a fairly large throne room and thusly, a really large spire. It might be quite annoying to build.

But, it is only brainstorming. <3

I greatly appreciate all the ideas! I've definitely taken some into some heavy consideration, and I'm still quite open to more if anyone has more input :)

One might also ponder how many of the good citizens residing in the spawns massive residential district are not Wizards. In keeping with the desire for all patrons of Deity's grace to gather in audience, I propose a massive coliseum befitting Deity's Realm. Perhaps a battle in progress with a fake audience watching.

If you go with the Dragon idea, and want a dragon in the sky, I could loan an idea to that. I have a couple that might look good depending on the buildings and materials you want to build it out of.

I suggest a space void of all blocks including bedrock, and at the center a sign reading.... [404]

Just to check, on 3. did you mean monastery? with covered walkways all around, orchards, fields, Picture the buildings in sandstone; There would be a decent church, a school, a barn with fenced areas outside for the different animals to graze, hardened dirt roads with cobble edges that leads to the capitol, as well as others through the development. There would be a great hall, a communal area to eat, single rooms with simple decor, quite bare with dirt floors (or not). The covered walkways would surround a beautiful garden. The facility would flow from that area. The church or cathedral, your choice (of course,) would be in the center at the far end of the garden. The main entrance road would approach that location...there could be a group of single dwellings for visitors...The pillars on the walkways might look nice done in a low contrast quartz block...

Olympus. Yes.. the Olympus, home of the Gods. If we have Dragons and such around us, then surely we are in the times of Mount Olympus. Architects dream to be sure, and if not the Olympus, then at least a fabulous temple for Deitians to pay homage/pray.

I know this is a little late but I think that it would be incredible of you put a huge university in the center of the area surrounded by supportive buildings like blacksmith, book binders, chemists, ect.
