    As for me, I am a fan of the medieval style. Logs, stone, and that kind of thing.

    I love huge modern towns but I'm not really able to build that style. Same for futuristic buildings, love them but can't build them .

    Never been good at modern or very large builds finally. I just feel comfortable in small woody houses.

    i am from atlantic and thi si m first time with making a futuristic structure. however, i prefer to build things like castles and old, viking-like houses!

    I used to like making ornate Mansion / temples with my favorite material, sandstone. But am trying new things. Diorite looks great in Sphax texture pack but awful in default apparently :(

    Depth is really fun, especially when doing pillars! I like using pillars for the bases of medieval style builds. Having stick-out arches looks really great too.

    Yes, it makes it look way more beautiful than those one layer buildings. Some of my walls have 2-3 layers with intricate engravings of stairs, slabs, and etc.

    I like hiding my house. Makes me feel like Batman. On my friend's server I dug all the way down to 40 and started a lava-covered castle with a cobblestone bridge lead-up. It has a lot of fire and a huge granite throne. It's aptly named, The Castle of the Burning Throne.

    Although some troll came through and replaced my sign with "Castle of the Burning" and I never bothered to fix it.

    Sometimes I want to be really flashy. I have a design for a huge swamp castletown, basically a huge tree surrounded by a moat and large statues holding things up to the sky. I haven't built it yet, because it's something that I would want to share by letting people experience. My computer doesn't handle lights and rich textures.
