    me thinks you cannot build past the borders - as that would be dead zone, (no chunks loaded yet visible on the live map) Pretty sure a no permission for this area will occur when trying to go beyond the border.

    Unless something has changed recently, the plugin we use to limit the world size will prevent you from going beyond the edge. It will give the invisible force field bounce back message 'you have reached the edge of the world'.
