    Is there a way to protect your house on the FTB server? Because on the vanilla there is towns and I was wondering if there was a way to protect your house on FTB

    Through various uses of mods, there is to a certain extent, but no, there is not any server-instituted protection plugin. You have to use some of your ingenuity and a lot of Google to figure out your options on how to do that :)

    I heard the best way to protect yourself is to craft a mystcraft age. When you find one you like place down the book and cover the area around the book with warded stone or whatever it's called. Then enter the age and no one can come in unless you open up the warded stone area :D

    Warded items can be blown up by withers, talk to someone make alliances, get protection. That's my advice.

    Not sure where you got this information from, but I have tried getting withers to hit protected blocks before this thread was created. It does not seem to work as the blocks did not get destroyed.

    Using Thaumcraft, research the Focci of Warding, and Arcane doors. A mystcraft age would be a good choice too as you can stuff your whole world into a book and protect that book alone. However it is not compulsory if you want to put in the effort to ward every single block around your base.
