Help with classes?

Hello staff members or people who are willing to help, I'm confused on classes and classes and what rank gets what. I read over the help tab for ranks but it didn't describe what I was looking for. Here are my questions:

What class gets enchanting and what specific rank gets enchanting?

Is there any costs to enchanting other than experience points, like dei costs?

What is a 'Creative World Rank'?

If these questions could be answered by Saturday or sooner, that'd be great! Thank you.

My questions 1 and 2 were answered and somewhat 3. Can someone tell or show me an in depth of what it is?

I meant like what to do to get a creative plot rank. I asked people on the server and they couldn't explain which is why I made a forum post in the first place. If you can't explain it, then it's fine, I'll just find someone who can so I can rank up

Also, you also stated that it could be found in multiple places. Can you show me them? I couldn't find them anywhere, but I guess I wasn't looking hard enough

For the first question, check this link for a more detailed info about craftsman class, you can check every other class on the wiki too.

About creative, you can search the Wiki (click) too. Basically, you get yourself an individual plot, typing /c claim and build something, following creative rules and that is good looking/follows a theme/tells a story/stuff like that xD, then you put it up for review, by typing /c review. Creative staff will review it and, if your build is good looking and gets enough positive reviews, you will rank up and earn a bigger plot.

Went to help tab and couldn't find it. I didn't know there were other tabs to get to the wiki until now. And also, I'm not looking to upset you or cause an argument, I don't know if it's something I've said that's offended you, but please don't take offense to anything I'm saying, I'm just wondering what to do so I can rank up and enjoy the server even more

now that I have registered here, I have found that now I can't place all the blocks that I could before, like redstone or even water. I must increase my level of craftsmanship. How long does this take, what are the different levels and can I just buy my way up?
