Xbox One vs. PS4

First off, you could just watch tv show in the tv. Second, Xbox 1 and PS4 have their cons. Xbox 1 comes to the USA sooner. But PS4 is about $80 cheaper then Xbox 1.nThen to tie it off, you have to pay for internet for BOTH systems. My personal favorite would be the PS4.

 

Well think of it this way someone like myself that doesn't have a cable tv provider because I don't want to pay $30 or more a month because of college but is willing to pay for PS plus its a good deal. $5 vs $30 I will take the PS plus also I can get some games free every now and then. Also the hardware in the PS4 is better in most ways. Also PlayStation has a tendency to make decent systems that last where XBox has a bad history of failing apart. All the XBoxes tend to be glorified PC's anyway. The simple fact that you can thoreticly take a hard drive from a XBox 360 and place it inside a PC and it will run is more than enough for me not to care about XBox. The PlayStation is a bit more of a proprietary system so its a bit harder to do the same. Mainly with most of the Software/Hardware coming from Microsoft can be taken from one platform and put on something else so XBoxes are fun to take apart and made into stuff like Ben Heck on Youtube does.

 

PS4 because xBox does not work where I live where i live.

 

Personally i tried to move away from consoles as i can upgrade my pc as i go along, however i did find that my xbox 360 was great fun while it lasted, but i found so many of the console games to be very dull and boring, also too many games were too similar to others for me to find it that fun, the xbox live marketplace made it great for indie developers and i found some cool little indie games, but the online experience was the best part of it, i didnt mind paying for a yearly xbox live subscription so long as i had access to all the dlc packs for call of duty, whilst ps3 customers had to sit on their thumbs and wait for it to become available.

For me the exclusivity of dlcs for cod made the xbox a winner. having never played a ps3 online, i cannot state how good the service is, but there is an old saying which goes "you get what you pay for"

When i moved more toward pc we still get great indie games via steam greenlight etc, and much more freedom of choice.

The xbox juan will need to be a really impressive machine before i consider getting one, and if i do, i will most likely wait a year or 2, so that it will drop in price untill it reaches what i consider a reasonable amount to spend on a console.

The thing i hated most about my 360 was the noisy fan, and if you didnt install every game you played to the hard drive, and put a lot of hours into a game the disc drive would be over worked and would die, often heating up the rest of the xbox in the process and being temperamental at reading discs.

I heard nothing but bad reviews from my friends who had ps3s so i was put off before i considered them.
My own opinion was that the controller was antiquated in design, they took a tried and tested controller from the ps1, used it again for ps2(with minor changes), then they used the same design and tried to update it for ps3, but for me it was an epic fail in terms of the beast that was born and the xbox 360 controller felt superior to the ps3 controller as far as my own opinions went.

I remember when they launched either the ps2 or ps3 in japan, they played legend of zelda theme music at the conference, ha epic sony fail!

 

One console: Apple. End game, set, match.

 

Um... Apple is a company that makes Electronics. I've never heard of a Gaming Console by Apple. If they make a gaming console, I recommend they call it the AppleBox 1. But nonetheless, Apple isn't a console, it's a company.

 

A majority of Minors and teenagers play GTA 5. I have a friend who's 8 year old brother plays GTA 5... and he's better then my friend xD. I happen to play GTA 5 with my friend occasionally and I'm 14. But only at friends houses, It's not something I play alot.

 

Why would he assume that? There are good fun games on the ipod and tablet but Xbox and playstation are way better. Even he has to admit that. But if he says that apple products are funnier, then that's fine with me. I wont judge.

 

Playstation gamer since a kid and I have no reason to change, PS4 is already sorted

Yeah, a bit of brand loyalty going on but I like everything they have to offer.

 

Just because a lot of people do it doesn't mean it's good :s

 

Apple makes the laptops. which themselves are consoles on there own level

 

Honestly, i like them all. i like xbox for halo, play station for the last of us, pc for, well, pc stuff, wii for zelda

Officially, Xbox owned 2012. But 2013-2014 is PS4 year. PS4 preorders sold out in minutes. Xbox 1 didn't even get full until a day later. The Xbox had it's time but it's time for the Underdog to become Console Champion.

If you want to play KH3, don't you want the best quality and graphics possible? Or would you settle for a average KH3 experiance?
