Denied scorpinot's Ban Appeal [Continued]

@lev: I do not use what I built as an excuse. I mentioned it to show you I didn't join this server to just come on to troll or grief.

The previous judgement on my appeal shows that I have a global ban on McBans, according to the ban thread. However, on McBans I am listed as locally banned. I hope this means there is still a chance for this account to get unbanned.

As I am sure you are aware, I have continued to play on your server for the last month on my other account - on which I have not caused you any problems, nor plan to. I have contributed much to the new town I joined. I have tried to make sure to vote for the server as much as I can as well. I have tried to make my actions resonate even louder than my words. I would still like to be unbanned.

What say you?

Im not a moderator but Appeal Denied means Appeal Deined

So dont try makeing another appeal when your first is denied noob

 

He's right, therefor consider yourself tempbanned from the site aswell, for failure to read.


You have been temp-banned for 2 weeks, try making another ban appeal if you think you stand a chance in a month or two.

It seems I was not clear enough in my first posting. All ban appeals that are documented as having a global ban are immediately denied in this subforum because they are global. I filed the last appeal on the grounds that the first appeal got denied based on the false pretense of me being globally banned (plus the reasons mentioned above and in the previous thread). Local servers cannot affect global bans after all, but that is actually not that situation in my case - [ http://i848.photobucket.com/albums/ab49/scorpinot01/bantype.jpg ]. Thinking my ban was global, the moderator responsible probably already had it in their mind that I had no chance then, even if they wanted to approve it.

If you want to ban me permanently for what I did, I will accept that decision. I would like a fair trial first though, and not to be simply written off because I was thought to be globally banned. I understand that the initial judgment was denied and read it just fine. If you still believe waiting one month+ is meaningful, I will do so.

I hope I have cleared up any misunderstandings. Thank you for your time reading my appeals thus far.

I submit a request for the re-examination of the appeals I put fourth nearly two years ago. I feel my previous communications regarding this matter were sincere and no further input of consequence can be added to this case.
