    Frequently Asked Questions
    • How do i bring up the menu?
      • Press the K key
    • Where do i get the Core jar file the installation guide mentions?
      • You don't need it. I built it into the ModPack. Just follow the rest of the video and ignore the mention of a core.
    • I installed the mod but now minecraft wont launch. What do i do?
      • First step is to start over with a fresh copy of your version folder. Add the mod pack and launch without adding any other mods. Then add mods one at a time until you find the conflict. Then PM me with the conflict if it's not already listed on the Known Bugs post :)
    • Should i use forge or install the old fashioned way?
      • I recommend using Forge since it simplifies the process so greatly and assists with allowing mods to work together without conflict.
    • Schematica mod shows solid blue blocks instead of ghost blocks when modpack is installed.
      • Disable the Plot Highlighting features of ModPack and Schematica should start showing ghost blocks again.
    • How long is the default time for ignoring a player?
      • 6 hours from the time you added the ignore. If you make it red then it's permanent.

    Known Bugs
    • Editing a key binding leaves original and creates a new one.
    • Going into the void (under Y zero) will crash the game
      • workaround until next version is to turn off the stat display for Light value
    • Not compatible with Magic Launcher without additional effort
      • I highly recommend just using Forge instead of Magic Launcher, but if you insist on keeping magic, then you can get the mod to work by:
        • Opening the ImDeity ModPack jar file (rename to .zip if you dont have winrar).
        • Delete these class files: ats, avg, bct, bfb, bis
        • Rename back to .jar if you had to name it to zip
    • Screen gets dark when i turn on plot highlighting and i'm using Shaders
      • change shaders to use bump-shadow-waving-0.9.6-130820

Awesome! Even though I can mark out town chunks blindfolded, I can't wait to use kingdoms helper :)

Trust me, it's a lot more fun with a cool glowing block to mark the corners than it is to look at f3 text or count ;) Oh, and keep an open eye for any other town management tools you could use :)

    :O

I dont care if I am a beginner programmer, I am jealous.

Also, I have a problem. I get a error if I try to get into my minecraft.jar file, so does installing this have to get into the minecraft.jar file?

Infact, I cant go in any .jar file. ._.

You're gonna have to be a bit more descriptive of what you're seeing. What's the error say? Is minecraft running?.. if so, then close it before trying to open the jar. What application are you trying to open the jar with?

There is no error with the Modpack.jar, but with the minecraft.jar it says "A java Exception has occured" and the modpack just wont open. And I open it with Java Platform SE library

    • Did you make a copy of your minecraft version folder prior to installing?
      • if so, make a fresh copy to work with
      • if not, then delete the entire Versions folder and make minecraft download a fresh copy
    • Only install the modpack.. don't install any other mods.
    • launch minecraft.. does it work?
    • if so, then add mods 1 at a time until you find the one that's conflicting. Then let me know the conflict so i can investigate on my end.
Ps, don't forget to watch the installation guide.. and i highly recommend using Forge to simplify the installation process.

Hey Btarb, I have some bugs for you :D

I have installed the Mod with no problem, it worked fine on Survival Single Player, but when I try to log in any server Minecraft crashes.

I came back to Single Player, creative this time, where I have a daylight sensor linked to a command block, for an eternal day effect, but when the sun went down (so block would activate /time set 7000) the game crashed again. I repeated that and it really happens whenever the command block is activated, even when I tried a different code on the command block (/give).

Also, I'd like to ask for something, it's just a detail but kills me since my 'esc' key is broken: Could you add a 'Done' or 'Exit' button for the 'K' menu? :p

EDIT: I tested it with no other mods installed, brand new Mc file ^^

Can you send me your log files to btarb24@gmail.com? You sure you haven't installed any other mods? Maybe try deleting your 1.6.2 folder so that MC downloads a fresh one then mod a copy of it.

Lol, sure, i'll add a done button on the main menu.

I made things overly complex and gave myself a headache trying to install it, but figured it out. This mod is positively wonderful right off the bat of using it. Thank you for making it, let alone for free.

I got it working when I replaced the Core with the Mod Pack. The BTCore conflicts with the modpack

The core is embedded inside of the modpack. Having both installed will definitely create a duplicate class conflict.

Once you delete the core and install the modpack you'll also need an updated copy of horsey.
