The Chronicles of TChand (anniversary posts)

Well this is a little late considering that my one year was early February (around the 11th). I would say that most people on the server do not know me . This will be a long post as I forgot to post a 1 year post (by the time I remembered it was easier to toss in with 2 year ).
My adventure with this amazing server began on the classic server. It was February 2011 I had recently gotten minecraft (after begging parents for like 6 months), I was looking at the classic servers and stubbled across the ImDeity one, (first one I actually joined) I had such a great experience on the server I decided I would visit it often, heard about the forums and signed up to be able to rank, and I remember meeting Deity, and several of the mods (KILL3RTACO and Diddover in particular) when they flew around observing my VERY noobish builds. It wasn’t long after (don’t remember when) that I decided to join the beta server I had heard so much about so I signed up for the whitelist (yes there once was a whitelist ). After being accepted to the whitelist I joined and that visit didn’t last very long I had SO much lag (according to f3 -1 FPS).
After that I stuck to the classic server and rose through the ranks pretty fast I would say moderator in about a year followed by operator soon after. Not that hard when I spent every possible minute I could on the server. I got a new computer and decided to attempt to join the beta server again (around august-september 2011 I think) I am not sure (since the first time I joined it was night and I had HORRIBLE lag) but i think there was a reset cause spawn looked different. This time I actually was able to play I was such a noob back then especially with all the plugins on the server, but after some help I joined my first town (peoria later renamed aperture or vice versa don’t remember). That was when I discovered redstone , I remember one time I logged onto the server and was confronted by the mayor, apparently I had left one of my (inventions, a simple clock) on and it began to cause some lag and Deity had come by to shut it down. I also I also remember digging in the town mine (when ores could be found on the main world cause that was the only world) I had an mcmmo mining stat of like 1500 and more cobblestone than I new what to do with.
I then began to get the idea that I would start my own town, so I set off an adventure to find the spot that I would claim for my town, with a little help from the map (can’t remember whether or not it displayed peoples locations at the time) I found a good spot, a flat area on top of a small hill, I began to make the town spawn, I had to get a rollback after some grief/theft (attended to by none other than Deity himself).
I was then grounded for some stupid thing I did IRL and when I got back a month later I was distraught, there had been a map reset. I went into a mini-depression and left the server but a week later I returned and joined a town (the name escapes me right now will edit it in if I remember it). I don’t remember much of this time. I guess I didn’t do much to note then. There was another reset (date escapes me but it was most recent one ) I again left the server this time for a month or so, threw myself into some single player, classic, and some new games I got (Skyrim mostly), when I returned I joined Oakdale and then I learned of Feed the Beast and left for several months. After some prodding from friends I got back on the server and switched to Anvil, and here we are today.
That in a nutshell is my 2 years of experience on this amazing server.

I'm not one to mention individuals, besides if I did this post would be longer than the first, you know who you are

I think this is the town of Arael... If I am in the right spot. I know you were in Arael. But anyway, CONGRATS!!! My 2 years will be coming up soon(may 17th). So I may also make a post.
